A cinematic meeting with Dr. Naama Oshri
Saturday, May 4, at 11:00
The film will be screened: A little wisdom

“Little Wisdom” – a meticulous portrait full of nuances – is a delicate work that enables a rare glimpse into the world that emerges through the eyes of a five-year-old monk. With the power of imagination and the spirit of creativity, the young monk discovers the joy of life and the complexity of human relations within the demanding and rigid convent in which he is educated.
Before the film we will talk about our yearning for happiness. For the most part, it seems to us that in order to achieve the desired peace, we have to leave the daily cycle of life, to escape the troubles and obligations and perhaps adopt a different way of life, devoid of commitment. However, spiritual journeys show that the desired happiness is here, in the absence of the day, in the moments of sweetness, in the moments of pain, and in what is between them. In the conversation, we will take a look at the challenge of finding comfort and inspiration within the framework of life, and discovering joy of life and creativity in the heart of reality. And not [only] outside it.
