Einav Azuri, considered one of the leading Israeli chefs, is hosted in the kitchen of the Blackout Restaurant, the only dark restaurant in Israel!

Einav Azaguri is the chef of the Cafe Nordoy, which opened in June 2018 and the little sister Cafe – the Nordino deli, which opened last summer. Both places, despite their relatively young age, are considered recent Tel Aviv recreation institutions.

In the past, Azguri also won the culinary of Bar A Wine and in the past also served in the service and other restaurants. Azguri is considered to be one of the leading Israeli chefs and one of the best raw materials to produce classics that embrace a precise and appetizing world.

Among the classics are a number of dishes that have already been identified as flagship dishes, such as the Basque cheesecake, mousse Parmesan and Salamurgho – a wonderful, beautiful and balanced dish in terms of flavors that have become quite a dish that diners come to and often even social networking. An airy marmalade parmesan cloud, light Spanish broth and a slightly stubborn seasoning that complements the bite to perfection. Another example of clever work on the classics of chef Einav Azaguri.

The meal is made from a set menu that will be made specifically for the evening, according to Azaguri’s personal connection to the place.

The meal consists of 4 dishes per diner.
