Because to design for tomorrow, we must work towards the future today.
We’ve heard it time and time again: change is the only constant, and it is therefore up to businesses to find the ways to continuously adapt. So we evolve our customer service from chat-based to voice-based, our payments from analog to mobile, our retail experiences from multichannel to omnichannel. Such adaptations, while relevant and welcome, are no more than a constant game of catch up.
