French Kisses, Irish Goodbyes is the latest release and debut solo album by guitarist and singer-songwriter Ofer Amichai, known to some from the late folk-rock band Twin Tree Grove. The group disbanded at the beginning of 2022 after 5 years of activity, and Amichai
returned to his roots as a solo artist, not before going on a six-month mental vacation in the desert and flying to Nashville, TN chasing inspiration and a dream.
The album – recorded in a moment’s decision, live and with almost no editing – is
a collection of songs written and rewritten over the past four years, which tell the tales of a man’s journey in a mad world and vice versa.
