* Noa Ironic | As lonely as it gets*
“In the current exhibition, Ironic deals with the human need to belong, and thereby reveals the vulnerability of individuals in moments of separation from an actual or imagined community. The human bodies depicted in her paintings are exaggerated, disintegrated and distorted, and all attempts to change them through tattoos, piercings or body building, appear to be a representation of the human longing to be part of a group. While each of the figures is drawn in a different way, their weight in the painting is the same – a choice of vice and a network that aims to challenge traditional hierarchies and emphasize the vulnerability and alienation of individuals who make up a society of any kind.”
In the space of the projects: *Noi and Tamir | Renaissance*
“At the center of the ‘Renaissance’ exhibition, the artists created a wall work that seeks to appropriate the aesthetics of altarpieces from the Middle Ages, where demons, gods and humans find themselves in a surreal struggle for power and control. The relief, which has bright ceramic colors, presents a grotesque reality of subjugation to a monstrous system – a masculine, perverted and cruel world saturated with the persecution of the weak. The concept of “Resurrection” is accepted in context The present has the opposite meaning and points to the lack of redemption and cultural regression: a revival of dark times or waiting for their end and the redemption of the Renaissance.”

*נועה אירוניק | בָּדָד*
“בתערוכה הנוכחית עוסקת אירוניק בצורך האנושי לשייכות, ומתוך כך חושפת את פגיעותם של יחידים ברגעים של היפרדות מקהילה ממשית או מדומיינת. הגופים האנושיים המתוארים בציוריה מוגזמים, מפורקים ומעוותים, וכל הניסיונות לשנותם באמצעות קעקועים, פירסינג או בודי בילדינג, נראים כייצוג של כמיהה אנושית להיות חלק מקבוצה. בעוד שכל אחת מן הדמויות מצוירת באופן אחר, משקלן בציור זהה – בחירה סגנונית שמטרתה לערער על היררכיות מסורתיות ולהדגיש את הפגיעות והניכור של יחידים המרכיבים חברה מכל סוג שהוא.”
בחלל הפרויקטים: *נוי ותמיר | רנסנס*
“במרכז התערוכה ‘רנסנס’ יצרו האמנים עבודת קיר המבקשת לנכס את האסתטיקה של פינות מזבח (Altarpieces) מימי הביניים, בה שדים, אלים ובני אדם מצויים במאבק סוריאליסטי על כוח ושליטה. התבליט בעל צבעוניות קרמית בוהקת, מציג מציאות גרוטסקית של כפיפות למערכת מפלצתית – עולם גברי, פרוורטי ואכזרי רווי ברדיפת מוחלשים. הקונספט של “תחיה מחדש” מקבל בהקשר הנוכחי משמעות הפוכה ומצביע על העדר גאולה ועל רגרסיה תרבותית: תחיה מחדש של זמנים אפלים או ההמתנה לסופם ולגאולת הרנסנס.”
