The trio “BIG SEXY NOISE” (Lydia Lunche, James Johnston and Ian White) will land on the 29th of June at the Gugrin Club in Tel Aviv for a wild, kicking, brave and dirty rock group from New York, London, Punk and counter art. The veteran trio, the roadster and the distortionist, is known for his wonderful ability to challenge the audience, move his ass, release his inhibitions, and give him a break.

Lydia Lunche was born on June 2, 1959, in the name of Lydia Ann Koch, in Rochester, New York, and moved to New York City at the age of 16 where she lived in a joint home for artists and musicians. She is a singer, poet, writer, actress and speaker, and is considered one of the founders of the New York Wave scene. The first band she founded (“Teenage Jesus and the Jerks”) appeared in No New York, produced by Brian Eno.

In the course of her solo career, Lydia Lynch has collaborated with many artists such as: Nick Cave, Sonic Youth, Ainsturzanda Noibutan, Mark Almond, Michael Jira, JJ Tetherwell, , Thurston Moore, Roland Ace Howard, Die Haut, and many more.
