Released hostages told us that Carmel had empowered them through yoga practice and meditation in captivity 🧘
Carmel is stripped of her freedom, her life is in danger, but she chooses to free her own mind.
Together we will call out to bring back Carmel and all the hostages safe
through a joint, intensive 108 sun salutations practice in Israel and all over the world
Monday, Jan 22nd, we will gather in Tel Aviv (hostage square) to practice 108 Sun Salutations. This is an advanced practice.
