Job Listings on Our Website

We may make available job listings advertising employment opportunities on the Website (“Job Listings”). Searching for Job Listings on our Website is free for users seeking jobs. All Job Listings are created and provided by companies and third parties (“Employers”) over whom we exercise no control. You hereby acknowledge and understand that we have no control over the content of Job Listings or on any conditions that Employers may impose once you submit an application. We have no obligation to screen any Job Listings, or to include any Job Listings, in the Website’s search results or other listings, and may exclude or remove any Job Listings from our Website or your search result for any or no reason. You understand and agree that we have no obligation to present you with any or all Job Listings.

We cannot confirm the accuracy or completeness of any Job Listing or other information submitted by any Employer, including the identity of such Employer. We assume no responsibility, and disclaim all liability for the content, accuracy, completeness, legality, reliability, or availability of any Job Listings, including the job descriptions and requirements provided by the Employers in those listings.

Additionally, we may provide search options to narrow down Job Listings search results by job type categories. Such categories are created independently and entirely by us and may not directly or accurately reflect the content of the Job Listings.

All of the Job Listings on our Website are addressed to any person, at any age above 18 (eighteen), based on the required skills and experience for the applicable job, and without reference to their gender, family status, sexual preference, race, religion, county of origin, being pregnant or undergoing fertility treatments, political preference and/or their duty to serve as a reserve soldier for the army.

Use of Private Information

In addition to our privacy policy, it is hereby clarified that by sending a resume through our Website, you render your consent and permission to transfer your resume to the Employer(s) of the Job Listing(s) to which you have applied. In addition, our Website allows the use of the function “Please check this box if you are happy for us to forward your resume on to headhunters”. When this function is marked, your resume (including your name and email address) will be transferred to the headhunter(s) with whom we cooperate. We endeavor to make sure that our headhunting partners will not send your resume to any additional Employer without first obtaining your consent for such transmission, however, we cannot guarantee that such headhunters will obtain your consent for any position to which they apply, nor will we be responsible if a headhunter fails to obtain your consent in advance as explained in this paragraph.

Any resume that you submit through our Website, including the personal information included in a resume or application, is subject to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. Once you provide information to an Employer or to a headhunter as aforesaid (whether in the form of a job application, resume, email, or otherwise), we have no control over the Employer’s or headhunter’s use or disclosure of that information, and we are not responsible in any way for such use by Employers or headhunter. If you want to request an Employer or headhunter to delete, modify, or maintain confidence over any such information, you must make such a request directly to the Employer or headhunter (as applicable).

Applying to Jobs through Our Website

When you apply to a job using our Website, we automatically send your application to the contact information provided to us by Employers. We cannot guarantee that such messages and applications will be delivered, received, accessed, read or acted upon. We also do not guarantee that any Employer will receive, be notified about, access, read or respond to any such resume or other application material, or that there will be no mistakes in the transmission or storage of the data. Please note that Job Listings may expire between the time you submit your application and from the time it is received. We have no responsibility for expired Job Listings or for delivering applications prior to a Job Listing’s expiration. In addition, we cannot guarantee the validity of the contact information provided to us by Employers. We also cannot guarantee the technical capabilities of any third party sites, including, but not limited to, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs). If you do not feel comfortable sending an application or messages in this manner, or having your application or messages stored on our Website, please do not use the Website’s Services and send your application or messages directly to the Employer by whatever other method you so choose. You may contact the Employer directly to find alternative methods of application if you do not wish to apply through our Website. By using the Website’s application system, you fully consent to the above.

To maintain the quality of the Website and the Services, we may, in our sole discretion, impose limits on your ability to apply to Job Listings.

By using the Website, you agree that we are not responsible for the content of Employers’ Job Listing(s), messages, skills assessments or their format or method of delivery, and that we do not guarantee receipt of your application by the Employer, or your receipt of messages from the Employer. We cannot make any guarantee regarding health and safety measures in an Employer’s hiring or interviewing process. We recommend our users to follow personal health and safety best practices. We do not guarantee the validity of a job offer and caution our users to verify the validity of a job offer before taking an adverse action regarding their current employment situation. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any Employer or a job offer.

We assume no responsibility and disclaim all liability for the resume or application information you post, send or receive through our Website. It is your responsibility to review your resume to ensure it contains the right information or any information you intend to include or update.

We are not recommending any Employer or any Job Listing posted on our Website.

Applying for any Job Listings does not guarantee job interviews or hiring. We are not responsible for the Employer application process, the manner in which it is conducted, the interview process, the questions that you will be asked and the results of such process. We are not responsible for the response that you may receive from an Employer for a job application, if any, and we cannot guarantee that an Employer will reply to any job application that you submitted via our Website.

Sending Emails to Our Users

We may send you, from time to time, emails containing jobs listings which may be relevant for you based on your activity on our Website and newsletters of events that may include sponsored links and/or advertisements.

You are entitled, at any time, to request us to unsubscribe you from these emails. We usually perform such requests within 3 (three) working days.

You explicitly agree that we are not liable in any way due to unauthorized access or changes made to your information or messages, whether or not they are sent or received by you and/or by a third party.
