– Fresh Paint Art Fair (till April 9th) @ Nemal Tel Aviv – Tel Aviv’s largest art fair is back! Changing its location every year, this annual event is the largest art event Tel Aviv has to offer. Fresh Paint Fair mixes the big and the small together, when the small galleries are working side by side with the large museums to bring you an art fair you won’t forget. With the support of leading international art institutes, Fresh Paint Fair attracts more than 30,000 art lovers every year.
– Guys and Dolls Themed 1920s and 1930s Party @ Abarnel 5 – one part cool party, one part fundraiser for the ‘inwards’ art installation at Midburn – get ready to dance and swing! You will be amazed by the incredibly talented performances lined up for your pleasure. 55 NIS.

– KZ Radio’s 4th Birthday Party @ The Einav Center – Israel’s coolest independent radio station celebrates it’s 4th birthday party with a special 3.5 hour concert featuring 5 bands and 5 rappers. Free entrance!

– Live Jazz @ Arte Glideria – if you are looking for a really pleasant way to finish off a lovely evening, check out the live jazz at the amazing Arte Ice-Cream parlour on Nahalat Binyamin. Every Thursday throughout the summer there are live concerts between 8pm-10.30pm.

– ALMA Festival (outside of Tel Aviv) (till 9/4) – want to get out of the city for a cool festival? ALMA is a small three-day trance techno party in the desert, tickets 230 NIS.
Friday Day 8/4:
– Part 2 of Math TLV Exhibition: The Treasure Hunt – Go find the number of the art piece you want. Can’t find it? Someone took it? You are welcome to find another number and try your luck with exchanging with other participants either through our Facebook page or at the after party. Followed by afternoon party where you can pick up your art and meet the artists!
– This Year’s Annual Hitch-hiking Race is Back! The race is on from Kibbutz Dan in the most northern tip of Israel to Eilat in the South. The race starts on Friday morning, but the guys will be meeting Thursday evening to get ready!
– Chateaux Shual celebrates its 4th Birthday! – French wine bar Chateaux Shual on Kikar Rabin is celebrating its fourth birthday with bottomless wine, live music, and tasty food!

– Fresh Paint x Midburn! – this looks super cool – chairman of Fresh Paint Eden Orion talks about the importance of art in Midburn and how a community creates a culture of art (in Hebrew).
– Special Screening on Sacha Baron Cohen’s new film Grimsby @ Cinematheque – followed by discussion about Sacha Baron Cohen and his films (in Hebrew) – what did Kazakhstan do to censor Borat, what is Grimsby really like, why does he speak Hebrew in his films?
– Food Processor 3 Exhibition @ Sarona – this photography exhibition explores food – the beauty of food, the cultural significance of food, and social commentaries about the impact our food consumerism is having on the world – poverty, pollution etc.
– Faces Art Exhibition – exhibition featuring loads of Israeli artists focusing on Israeli portrait – classic and modern.

– Fuck Up Nights Tel Aviv Volume 4 @ Kuli Alma – come and hear four entrepreneurs share their failures. Each speaker is given 7 minutes and is able to use 10 images. After each speaker, there’s a Q & A session, as well as time for networking. (Event is in Hebrew).

– LaCULTURE x GELADA @ Mazeh 9 (till 16/4) – the LaCULTURE initiative is back with a special Passover exhibition themed “VOYAGE” featuring 80+ local young and promising illustrators – all art will be for sale at less than 500 NIS.
– Ouzo Bazooka launch their new album @ Bascula – one of Israel’s top up-and-coming bands are releasing their new album. Mediterranean psychedelic rock band Ouzo Bazooka are made up of some of the guys from Boom Pam, you can see our interview with them here.
