Thursday 4/2:
– Utopia by Teder @ The Tel Aviv Museum! – this looks incredible! A night of some of the best underground culture in Israel – loads of live performances including the amazing Garden City Movement, some live modern dance including a special show by the king of Gaga Ohad Naharin, and street food from the delicious Hanoi. – Bob Marley’s 71st Birthday Party @ Barby (also Saturday 6/2) – if you like Bob Marley, you are going to Love this! Top Israeli bands are getting together to cover the classics – including Tuna on Thursday and Nechi Nech on Thursday and Saturday! Tickets 123 NIS.
– Guy Gerber @ The Block – Israel’s prodigal DJ returns for a live set!
– Papa John’s Pizza is opening in Israel! – the world’s third largest pizza chain is opening its doors in Israel @ Dizengoff 267. Come and check it out!
– Com4Tance presents Juan Verdera and GMS – huge trance night with Spanish DJs! Ole!
Friday Day 5/2:
– Midburn Volunteer Fest 2016 – if you want to get the most out of Midburn, you need to participate. At the Volunteer Fest there will be booths with representatives from all the departments, explaining how you can get involved. We highly recommend attending this event!
– This Is Not An Ulpan Spring Semester Open House – our favourite Ulpan is back! The motto is “we don’t learn Hebrew, we learn in Hebrew”. This semester there are seven different courses – including Israeli childhood and Israeli Musicals.
– Shi-Shi Denim Drink and Roll Pop-Up Friday – Shi-Shi will be taking over Denim’s kitchen and adding some amazing street food magic for a few hours. Drinks are 1+1 and the music is always a Rockin.
– Bascula’s Friendly Brunch – with live music, top DJs, food and drink!
– Bud Kaymar – The Bar Kaymar’s Monthly Clothes Exchange – Like always – bring what you can, take what you want. No money is involved, no questions asked.
