Mobile Filmmakers International Fest in Israel
Mobile filmmaking is new, but it is an already established phenomenon. It is spreading rapidly and will inevitably conquer the world. A smartphone, in the hands of a creative person, can become a small film studio: a camera, a microphone, a typewriter, and even an editing table!
Mobile filmmaking is popular not only among amateurs or aspiring filmmakers but also among masters such as Steven Soderbergh, Michel Gondry, Zack Snyder, Claude Lelouch, Park Chan-wook.
There is a number of mobile cinema festivals in different countries, but there is not a single festival in Israel yet. We invite Israeli amateurs, students and professionals to be inspired by the best mobile films from around the world. The goal of our festival is to push them to realize their creative potential using a smartphone.

הפסטיבל הבינלאומי ליצירת סרטים בסמארטפון 2023
יצירת סרטים בסמארטפון היא אמנם דבר חדש, אבל זו כבר תופעה די מבוססת. היא מתפשטת במהירות וככל הנראה תכבוש את העולם. סמארטפון, בידיו של אדם יצירתי, יכול להפוך לאולפן סרטים קטן: מצלמה, מיקרופון, מכונת כתיבה ואפילו שולחן עריכה!
יצירת סרטים בנייד פופולרית לא רק בקרב חובבנים או יוצרי קולנוע שאפתנים, אלא גם בקרב מאסטרים כמו סטיבן סודרברג, מישל גונדרי, זאק סניידר, קלוד ללוש, ופארק צ’אן-ווק.
ישנם מספר פסטיבלים לסרטים בסמארטפון במדינות שונות, אך אין עדיין פסטיבל כזה בישראל. אנו מזמינים ישראלים חובבנים, סטודנטים ומקצוענים מתחילים לשאוב השראה ממיטב סרטי הסמארטפון מרחבי העולם. המטרה של הפסטיבל שלנו היא לדחוף אותם לממש את הפוטנציאל היצירתי שלהם באמצעות הסמארטפון.
