daily lives we have limited energy for managing our lives, this energy is precious and it is what allows us to create, experience and develop.
Often this energy is taken from us by meeting a person, event, or negative thought and leaving us depleted
and unable to act.
In this session, we will get to know the process that is going on within us in these moments and we will learn how to conserve energy with simple but powerful tools.
Eyal Gaziel is a photographer, father of 4 and happily married to Adi.
With each passing year, the gaze turns more and more inward, exploring the subtle energies of life and being excited by every new discovery, because in Thessalonians this is the essence of the journey.
The reunion is part of a new series called Wind Stations | Mini Saturday retreat.
The series will take place on Saturday noon and will deal with body, spirit, movement and personal growth.
