Because the winter is cold, and the approaching elections make us all feel a bit of existential nausea – the cuckoo’s nest is proud to dedicate a whole Shabbat to the ultimate comforting food, the dish that every self-respecting club will hold on the menu, the easy-to-prepare father and mother, The ketchup – his baked fudge – or “Israeli couscous” as strange people call him
What will we have? – petitim of course. 3 special dishes based on petitim that are not afraid to take what is close and go far
What about the records? – either because it’s a great rhyme or because we just love music – Erez Toders and Ofer Tal will be there to rotate records while you’re frying flakes. Very nice
