YARD STORM IS BACK!
If this past year has taught us anything major – that is not Zoom or Skype – no online experience is really a substitute for the real thing. The reggae / dancehall genre with a central emphasis on sound system culture has sprung up in Kingston Alley and the Jamaican hills, creating a unique atmosphere that is unparalleled in the entire world.
Since we set out in 2014, the Yard Storm movement has set itself the goal of spreading the sound system culture in the country in the most similar and uncompromising way as it has been since the 1960s until today on that small and special island in the Caribbean.
Over the course of five years, we have performed over 50 dances, of which in a large part we have hosted the best sounds in the world. Anyone who has been and knows, knows that the vibes that were created by Bird Storm were due to the same special ensemble that included – a lineup with the top of the sounds in the country, from the first to the last, something that until then did not exist in the country // , The musical diversity, the warm attitude to the audience and more // But all this was made possible thanks to you – the same loyal audience who understood and believed in what we do – and came every month anew from all corners of the country …
The year is 2021 and we are happy to be back (finally), and big time!

* Please note – those who are not vaccinated can perform a quick corona test at the entrance at a separate cost

YARD STORM IS BACK!
אם השנה האחרונה הזו לימדה אותנו משהו מרכזי – זה שלא זום, לא סקייפ ושום חוויית אונליין לא באמת מהווה תחליף לדבר האמיתי. ז’אנר הרגאיי/דאנסהול עם דגש מרכזי על תרבות הסאונדסיסטם צמחו בסמטאות קינגסטון ובגבעות ג’מייקה, ויצרו אווירה מיוחדת שאין דומה לה בכל העולם.
מאז שיצאנו לדרך בשנת 2014, תנועת יארד סטורם שמה לה למטרה להפיץ בארץ את תרבות הסאונדסיסטם בצורה הכי דומה ובלתי מתפשרת כפי שהיא קורית מאז שנות ה60 ועד היום באותו אי קטן ומיוחד בקאריביים.
במהלך חמש שנים, קיימנו מעל 50 דאנסים, שמתוכם בחלק גדול אירחנו את הסאונדים הטובים בעולם. כל מי שהיה והכיר, יודע שהוייבז שהמיוחד שנוצר ביארד סטורם היה בזכות אותו מכלול מיוחד שכלל – ליינאפ עם הטופ של הסאונדים בארץ, מהטיון הראשון ועד האחרון, דבר שעד אותו רגע לא היה קיים בארץ // הקפדה ותשומת לב לכל פרט, החל ממערכת סאונד מקצועית, הגיוון המוסיקלי, היחס החם לקהל ועוד // אבל כל זה התאפשר בזכותכם – אותו קהל נאמן אשר הבין והאמין במה שאנחנו עושים – והגיע כל חודש מחדש מכל קצוות הארץ…
השנה היא 2021 ואנחנו שמחים לחזור (סוף סוף), ובגדול!
