Contrary to popular opinion, chemistry is not a matter of “whether you have it or not” but is actually relatively easy to create, with little preparation.
There are two elements that determine the ongoing mutual benefit of professional relationships between individuals – the actual value, and the chemistry that exists. The first element we all know is what the two parties create for each other, or what we call the “synergistic nature” of the relationship.
The other, the interpersonal nature, which talks about the chemistry that exists between the parties – is more difficult to quantify and manage it consciously.
In our meeting we will explore the second, interpersonal element in two phases and learn two methodologies to assist in the creation of chemistry and most importantly its preservation over time as valuable.
