Wine Wednesday is back to celebrate our fourth birthday!
Join us at Mazeh 9 for wine, cheese, jazz music, and more, as we raise money for a local grassroots project.
What is Wine Wednesday?
An excuse to drink wine with friends (both old and soon-to-be) while raising money and awareness for important grassroots projects in Israel.
How does it work?
1. Bring a bottle of Kosher wine between two people for less than 100 NIS (minimum 35NIS)
2. The wine bottles will be covered with a number. Each person can taste and vote for their favorite wines. The bringer of the best wine wins a prize!
3. At the event, we will have someone giving a 5 minute pitch (we promise only 5 minutes!) about a grassroots project we are raising money/awareness for the month. You will have the opportunity to mingle with him/her over wine and cheese afterwards.
4. Bring 30 NIS donation. (40 NIS on the door) All money goes to this month’s grassroots project of the month, ISEF Foundation (https://iseffoundation.org/), whose mission is to narrow Israel’s socio-economic gap through higher education for gifted students from disadvantaged backgrounds with scholarship grants with required community service, as well as training in leadership and social awareness.
