** In case you’re late to the event you’re not eligible to get a refund!
** Jumping into the water from the boat is not allowed! jumping into the water will cause the ending of the event immediately and going back to the port.
** Cancelling the ticket 7 days or more before the event will get you 50% refund. canceling the ticket less than 7 days before the event: you won’t get a refund.
