Holistic treatment performed by the patient overflowing, stretching, manipulating the body and shading underwater

20:30 – 21:15 First practice (pre-registration)
21:20 – 22:00 – Practicing second treatments (pre-registration)
22:00 – 22:30 – free water jam
22:30 – 23:30 – Water Contact Workshop

** Health Benefits of Water Treatment: **
Hydrostatic pressure – The weight of the water puts pressure, called hydrostatic pressure, on the lungs. This pressure requires the lungs to strain and work harder. As a result, the muscles surrounding the lungs are strengthened and the quality of the breathing improves.

Water resistance – the water activates resistance against the movement of the body. As a result, the body and muscles are forced to work harder. This feature of the water strengthens the muscles, improves lung function, flexibility and strength of movement and more.

The buoyancy – the weight of the water and the air that contains the body – makes the body float on the surface of the water. This feature of water also allows people with movement difficulties (people with various physical disabilities) and have difficulty moving on the ground, moving freely and better in the water.
