In this lecture, ARDC will give the general background and challenges regarding refugees in Tel Aviv and the region. It will be an informative talk discussing the journey, why Tel Aviv? and what the implications are from an international law perspective mean for the government here.

The African Refugee Development Center (ARDC) is a grassroots, community-based nonprofit organization that was founded in 2004 by African asylum seekers and Israeli citizens, in order to protect, assist and empower African refugees and asylum seekers in Israel. ARDC promotes leadership and self-sufficiency as well as advocates for a humane and fair Israeli asylum policy.
