This week we bring you the sound of the Middle East! Toto Atrash is the pair of musicians Mark Mizrahi and Michael Guy – Mark is half of the Voyage Indie band and Michael is a bass player who played in Israel and around the world with names like Idan Raichel, Esther Rada, Dikla and more. They have a rare collection of records, mainly focusing on Mediterranean music (punk / sol / disco / psychedelia) of the 60’s and 80’s, and they are backed up by years of intensive research … Recently they entered the studio and began an independent work that has already won praise from wall to wall. This month, the EP was released with the amazing singer Zvia Abarbanel, and all this thrill is coming to Voodoo this coming Tuesday as part of our new world wild music – world wide beat
