A vision board is a collection of images and words that represent your goals and intentions. Creating a vision board can help give you motivation and inspiration for manifesting your dreams. Get your creative juices flowing in a supportive environment while learning an art therapy based technique.
Everyone welcome, no experience in the arts necessary!
This workshop will be run by Rachel Becker. Rachel made Aliya with Nefesh B’Nefesh in 2015. She recently graduated from Haifa University with a masters in Creative Arts Therapies. She has worked with children and the elderly, as well as foreign workers in Israel, and is passionate about spreading the magic of art therapy.
