A series about Tel Aviv: SPF 30
With “SPF 30”, the series of photographies, Via Tolila present a collection of lazy summer days in Tel Aviv.
The subject relates to timeless aesthetic in the field of architecture, bodies and water. A vision of heat wave in Tel Aviv.
This series aims to encapsulate the single beauty of the city, soft curves, sandy tan lines and strong colors. A sunny backdrop where we can feel the warmth through the images.
About Via Tolila: Lauren & Annael Tolila are two sisters, photographers and videographers originally from Nice, France.
From one Mediterranean shore to the other, they moved to Tel Aviv few years ago and now divide their time between the two cities.
Growing up in a family that has always been very much into anything visual: video, photography and design, they developped their studio Via Tolila in 2016.
Living by the Mediterranean area has definitely shaped their visions and largely influenced their work by capturing lifestyle by the water. Their thematics are always full of light, vibrant, feminine, drawing inspiration from the authentic beauty of single moments.
Their photography is often saturated with sun and soft colors, everything that is solar has always been a drive and a source of creativity for them.
