Overview: UpWest Labs is excited to host Nir Eyal, a prominent Tech and Product speaker, for a 2-hour talk based on his bestselling book “Hooked: How to Build Habit-Forming Products”.

In an age of ever-increasing distractions, quickly creating customer habits is an important characteristic of successful products. How do companies create products & services people use every day? How can we create products compelling enough to “hook” users?

Nir Eyal, the author of “Hooked: How to Build Habit-Forming Products”, has constructed a framework for designing better products. In this practical workshop he will share his insights from years of research.Participants will learn:
