Born and raised in South Africa, Nkosinathi Maphulmulo, aka Black Coffee celebrated as a national hero from the late 90’s but hit a global success only 3 years ago, with worldwide followers and names like richie hawtin as fans.
although being involved in a car accident at the age of 13 that left his left arm paralyzed, black coffee managed to do more than well with his right arm and didn’t let it hold him back- with his 2015 album “pieces of me” going platinum in a day, black coffee proves where there’s a will – there’s a way as he continued to pursue his dream of music.
