Porter School of Environmental Studies Building Designed as a living laboratory, which demonstrates essentially the principles of green building. A great deal of thought was put into the design, which meant that the building would make the most of various aspects, such as utilizing the sun for lighting and natural ventilation for space acclimation. This trend is designed to reduce the need for artificial lighting and air conditioning systems.
