Dizzy Frishdon - Dizengoff 112, Tel Aviv, FREE

Do you know that suddenly a thought came to her without an advance invitation and without prior warning?

In our lecture we will try to understand how consciousness produces thoughts and weave a story in our heads
Which relates to questions: who we are, what we are and what others think of us.
We will try to see why that thought, which moves between the memories of the past and the designs of the future,
Produces suffering within us
And befriend the brain network that is at the basis of consciousness and thoughts,
The same thoughts associated with suffering and depression.
Finally, we will learn practical tools that, according to research, can help reduce suffering.

My name is Yoav Schweitzer, a doctoral student at Haifa University in brain research,
I also served as a teaching assistant and frontal practitioner at the Tel Hai Academic College.
