The question of how to get to the true self is at the root of Western and Eastern philosophy, but the answer of both is very different.
This workshop examines the origins of Western thought as opposed to Eastern thought when it comes to the self-concept.
What is the path to release that will lead the individual to the truth? What is the right worldview to apply to authenticity? And how in an age when the sense of meaning is disappearing, can we even find ourselves?
On these questions and more, we will try to answer a series of 4 sessions, in which Danny will give a talk and discussion with the participants, with the aim of enriching our worldviews and expressing self in a broader sense.
Danny Lieber is a journalist and senior editor in television, a master of philosophy and history, an expert in philosophy of Eastern teachings.
