Alfred Gallery - Aharon Chelouche 5, Tel Aviv,

Ladies and gentlemen – historical justice!
In almost every conversation with friends from the illustration field comes the stage where you resent the reggae, the sketches rejected by the client and left alone in the dark in a folder that will never open again. I always say that one day and all the rejected drawings will come to avenge. “TRASH” and give us a bite in the ass. So it is, finally, that day has come.

As part of the illustration week, a group exhibition will be held at the Alfred Gallery, in which leading illustrators will display illustrations rejected by clients from various Israeli cultural institutions and institutions. Overly offensive press illustrations, commercial illustrations that might have frightened buyers and theater posters that gave controversial interpretation to familiar plays. Next to each “delay” illustration will be the illustration that was eventually received by the customer and an explanation explaining the reasons for the rejection.
