will be told the story of the structure, its activities and its objectives – first and foremost a connection of the local community to the world of entrepreneurship and addressing urban challenges with tools from the innovation worlds.

Below is a presentation of four of the platform projects dealing with food and surplus treatment.
From noon to 10 p.m.

Kitchen Talks: A social business that produces cultural culinary experiences led by cooks and facilitators from unique communities in Israel: refugees, migrants, minorities and more. An opportunity to learn about communities and cultures and hear stories and memories.
Mama: It’s a marketplace (Marketplace) that connects homeowners with customers through a location-based app.
Pod Game: is a new social food game that incorporates trivia play, group tasks, and cooking competition.

And we will finish with a lecture on the place and activity at 12:00.

You can visit a historical exhibition of the building and the area from its founding as well as old architectural plans in the Bauhaus style of its time.

The Wharf Project is part of a series of initiatives to improve quality of life in Neve Shaanan and was established in collaboration with the City Manager, a community manager and the innovation team under the auspices of the Bloomberg Foundation. The platform is home to social and technological entrepreneurship and social activity, with emphasis on initiatives designed to address the challenges of the southern city.
