Mars - Ruhama 16, Tel Aviv,

Liron Cohen’s exhibition:
“You could have come by elephant”
Opening night, on מרס mars gallery, Jaffa
Thusday September 28th, 7pm-10pm.

Liron draws a world in which lines are floating side by side, occasionally generating a human form, an animal or an object. A world rooted deep in local landscapes, and branches off to a stream of consciousness and symbolism. Liron’s drawings seem as if taken from an animatied sequence, a single frame from a flowy movement in the room.

Liron Cohen is a visual artist, graduated the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, Jerusalem. She works in the media of painting, sculpture, installation and video. Her works have been featured in exhibitions in Israel and aboard, and included in private collections. Next to her own independent work, she collaborates with artists, writers, choreographs, editors and music composers.

The exhibition will feature a selection of the artist’s works from the past year.
