The Hazelnuts are a unique musical phenomenon in the Israeli music scene – sweeping large and varied audiences off and on their feet with the swing fever.
The Hazelnuts’ tight vocal harmony – inspired by the American close-harmony-singing trios of the 1930′ are accompanied by their vintage band – an acoustic guitar, double bass, a washboard player and a trumpet. Together, they take us on a journey back to good old New Orleans, along with their own original songs and surprising arrangements for up-to-date hits, with the 3 “sisters” being personally responsible for writing and arranging all songs.
