Eight musicians will take you for a hypnotic musical trip between sounds and smells, states and cultures.
The music of the Alawan Ensemble comes from Persia, passes through Turkey, North Africa and the Middle East, gathers here and becomes something new and surprising.
The ensemble, created and met in the hills of Galilee, creates original music together that uses an intriguing combination of ancient sounds with a new spirit full of groove.
Harel Shahal, the guest of the show, is a unique voice player based on the classical musical tradition of Middle Eastern, Turkish and Maqam music.
