Brand new innovative and collaborative class which allows you to express your artistic self and at the same time appreciate, learn and more importantly taste some great wine!
This is basically paint night with a twist .
The theme is Portugal!
So the art work will have a Portugal theme and this will also include a Wine 🍷 Tasting with wines from Portugal … woohoo !
We will be diving in the traditional art of Portuguese tile painting!
Traditionally the tiles were used to cover up the large areas of blank wall that were common inside buildings during the Gothic period, we will be making our own.
Rupert Wilson will be leading the wine tasting and Michal, the painting .
Rupert will introduce basic principles of how to taste and appreciate wine during the class and give an introduction to a particular style or regionally specific wine. In short a perfect, curated paring!
Fee: 180 per person or 160 if you bring a friend! Includes Wine and Art Materials .

About Rupert:
Rupert has studied with the Israeli Wine and Spirits Institute and holds a Merit Level 3 Award in Wines, accredited by the international ‘gold-standard’ organisation the Wine and Spirits Educational Trust. Rupert is a passionate educator in wine and loves to share knowledge of this fascinating world through fun, informative and creative experiences. He is a firm believer in removing the barriers to and ‘stuffiness’ around wine education and believes that learning about wine should be fun!
Rupert is also a great art enthusiast, loves to paint and draw, visit galleries and read about art. This joint collaboration with the Tel Aviv Art Studio provides a great platform to combine his two big passions in a fun, creative space.
