Rally in Tel Aviv on March 23rd for Gun Control in the US!
UPDATE: We are honored to be joined by a few of the student survivors who will in Israel over their spring break and will be advocating with us!
Students of Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland where the mass shooting happened a couple of weeks ago, have organized a protest dubbed March for Our Lives in Washington DC on March 24.
We are organizing a supportive protest in Tel Aviv on Friday, March 23rd to be held in front of the US Embassy. Come to Mike’s Place at 12pm to organize, make posters and have a voter drive – and at 1pm we will be heading over to stand outside of the US Embassy.
Also, if you know of any US students here on a MASA trip or gap year, we would love to have as many students involved as possible who feel strongly about standing up for this issue – even while they are living away from home.
