Victoria and Kim, Founders of House of Sun invite you to their first SUNRISE morning ritual.

This workshop will teach you a simple morning routine to feel happy and productive everyday.

We’ve all heard of you”snooze you loose ” by pressing snooze and essentially delaying getting up and out of bed until the last minute means that you are delaying living your life.

Sustaining a morning routine is the most effective way to create the lifestyle you’ve always dreamed of.

Based on the method of Hal Elrod best selling author of Miracle Morning and there own practice Victoria and Kim put together a 60 minute practice that will change your life.


The Life S.A.V.E.R.S are six practices that guarantees are going to help you reach your full potential. These are personal development practices with the aim of helping you to find the forces within you that will help you change and transform your life.

S is for Silence 10 min

we lead busy fast-paced lives that are constantly noisy. Being actively silent can be life-changing, it allows you to increase your self-awareness while simultaneously reducing stress.

We will Guide you through meditation and breathing techniques

A is for Affirmations 10 min

The power of positive affirmations help you build a mindset that allows you to transform your life. It’s too easy to talk down to ourselves and to revert to negative talk. Affirmations will help you to take away your limiting beliefs and habits

V is for Visualisation 10 min

we will use visualisation as a tool to imagine the lifestyle, behaviours and future you want, once you have visualised this, it will be easy to put it into action.

E is for Exercise 10 min

We will practice the 5 tibetan rites which is a series of yoga asanas that will increase your energy, reduce stress , and enhanced sense of calm, clarity of thought, increased strength and flexibility, resulting in an overall improvement in health and well-being

R is for Reading 10 min

A key aspect of personal development is learning and gaining knowledge. One of the best ways to do this is by reading.
We will read you texts for 10 minutes that we find inspiring .

S is for Scribing 10 min

writing is the final personal development practice. journaling, even for 5-10 minutes a day as a way to get thoughts out of your head and onto paper. This can help eliminate stress, clear the mind and help you discover breakthroughs and new ideas.
