As Partner and Chief Operating Office of Jerusalem-based VC firm JVP, Fiona Darmon is one of Israel’s venture industry’s leading women. A veteran of the country’s investment community, Fiona’s career began with the Bronfman Claridge Investment Group, continued on the founding team of Koor Industries’ Venture Arm, and culminated in recent years as partner with Jerusalem Venture Partners.

Fiona is also a key figure in the global fundraising community, placing strong emphasis on welcoming global groups and investors, from the US, Europe and China into Israel’s broad high tech ecosystem. During the Startup Grind event, Fiona will share her professional experience, including opportunities, challenges and key decisions she’s made over the year, as well as share insights and tips from her global fundraising experience.
