Shower Tones is an experiential healing session that allows balancing, adjusting and synchronizing imbalanced frequencies in the body, releasing tension and anxiety, helping to alleviate various pains and enhancing the sense of well-being and vitality.
The session consists of bells, Tibetan bowls, gongs, flutes and singing of overhead sounds. Participants are invited to lie down and absorb the sounds produced by these special instruments.
Along the journey various instruments are played around the space and sometimes physically placed on the body of the participants. The pure frequencies release static energy and tension accumulated in the body and energetic field of the listener.
