Join us for a Salon Shabati meal with Libby Weiss

Meet, mingle and hear an interesting guest speaker during a delicious home cooked meal in the Kikar Dizengoff neighborhood of Tel Aviv with a maximum of 18 guests. A big thank you to Nastassja Zenou for hosting this month.

Our amazing guest speaker, Libby Weiss: Women in Leadership – Lessons from the IDF and Beyond

Captain (res.) Libby Weiss served in the IDF Spokesperson’s Unit as the Head of the North American Media Department and Head of the Social Media Department. She has been interviewed on behalf of the IDF hundreds of times by leading news agencies. Libby also travelled to the Philippines and Nepal with the IDF following the natural disasters there and spearheaded the media coverage of Israel’s humanitarian missions there. Weiss is the recipient of the Presidential Award for IDF Excellence in 2014, as well as the prestigious Heseg Scholarship for Lone Soldiers.
Libby was born in the United States and raised in Portland, Oregon, she moved to Israel in her early 20s. She recently completed her MBA at the Kellogg School of Management at Tel Aviv University and sits on the executive board of the Israel Government Fellowship program.
