The St. James Lounge on the roof of the Brown Hotel – all week, from 18:00 –
During the cocktail week, we will establish a new, one-time bar on the roof of the Hotel Brown on The Swizzle Lounge.
The bar will serve eight unique Tiki Cocktails, based on St. James’s rum, for 25 NIS per cocktail for the Cocktail Week participants, while the best bartenders, events, DJs and workshops at the Swiss Lounge will host 7 , And the Walking Dead that contains 2 types of St. John’s Rum
, and a variety of cinnamon , pineapple and flamingo cocktails
, Jasmine, home pineapple rum, flirnum, passion fruit, hibiscus and oranges.
All these and more selected classics (Mai Tai, Pina Colada) will be served alongside dishes such as
sea fish tartar; Canoley Colorby and a croissant croissant sandwich in a barbecue and pineapple sauce.
