A wonderful opportunity for writers and illustrators to present works at an international children’s book conference to be held at the end of June in Tel Aviv!
SCBWI is an international association of writers and illustrators for children, with tens of thousands of members, in more than 80 branches worldwide.
For the past year, the Association’s management team, consisting entirely of volunteers, has been working on holding a first conference of the Association in Israel, with the goal of providing a one-time professional opportunity for international exposure for all those interested in and engaged in children’s books.
The conference, which will last two days (Thursday-Friday, 27-28 June, Kibbutz Movement House, Tel Aviv), will bring to Israel editors, publishers and industry leaders who are always looking for new talent and will join Israeli editors, agents and writers The leading figures who lead the world of publishing in Israel.
Local and foreign speakers, including representatives of the library pajamas, delighted to get manuscripts and review your portfolio, as part of individual meetings you can determine in advance. Fitz’im contest will take place for writers among you, and exhibit Portfolios illustrators.
