24 years since the album is considered a modern classic and a year plus since the reunions in 2017, “Redheads” are releasing a new song: “Jonathan” – lyrics: Tamir Albert, melody: Amir Tsoref and Tamir Albert.
“Yonatan” is the first song from their new joint work, which will also continue to appear on the 24th of October at the new concert venue of Papaito in Tel Aviv. Special guest: Ivri Lider.
Redheads are: Tamir Albert – guitarist, member of the former hat-maker, lyricist and artist. Amir Tsoref – Israeli composer, guitarist and producer (Eviatar Banai, Sivan Shavit, Amir Lev, Giraffes).
In 1994, the album “Redheads” was released, which was a one-time, mixed dance, with crashing guitars, urban texts. After that, they separated, not before leaving songs like “Beep”, “Redheads,” “L.A”, which were deeply etched in the mind to this day.
Since then much water has flowed through the river, each of them has gone through multiple stations, action and elections. Amir Tsoref lives and works today from Berlin and Tamir Albert from Tel Aviv, when they do not meet in Israel, they are online and when there is a frequency and high artistic communication like them, the work gets wings.
