Join Citrus & Salt this valentine’s for an epic ramen and gyoza class that will warm your hearts and fill your bellies.
The class will have two parts- participants are welcome to join for one or both classes 🙂
15:00-17:30 Afternoon Class: Vegetarian/Vegan Ramen and Vegan Gyoza
* Egg option for vegetarians
19:30-22:00 Evening Class: Meat Ramen and Gyoza
*Kosher meat, no pork
In this class we will learn how to make lots all of the yummy elements from scratch including:
Ramen stock
Handmade noodles
Secret Soup Toppings
Soy-sauce egg
Gyoza Wrappers
+ more
Wine and chocolates will be on hand. Not exactly Japanese but it’s Valentine’s so we’ll make an exception 🙂
