The protest movement against Judicial Reform continues this Saturday at Kaplan starting at 7pm. Over 110k beautiful people protested last Saturday evening (photo by Asaf Shafir), and on Tuesday this week there was an amazing protest and strike by the tech workers warning of a threat to foreign investment if the judicial reforms are enacted. Together we can stop this! I’ll see you at Kaplan on Saturday – I’ll be waving an Israeli flag!
Message from Jonny Stark, founder of Secret Tel Aviv: “This has gone too far – what is happening is no longer simply “right” and “left”. It is not “right” to annex people without giving them the vote. It is not “right” to dismantle the political and judicial checks and balances for personal gain. It is not “right” to belittle people because of their sexual identity. It is not “right” to provoke people and risk the lives of soldiers and civilians for photo opportunities. It is not “right” to let other people define who is a Jew. This is not “right” anymore – this is extremism. It is time for you to stand up for what YOU believe is right.
