Transforming plastic into art? Get inspired and try it by yourself!
During “Climate month” Mazeh 9 will host an exhibition “PlasticArt” by traklin members Cluster.
It’s a continuation of “SukkArt” project: a public-made art object created at Sarona garden during Sukkot holidays – artists and passers-by transformed plastic waste into art, creating the walls for the sukkah.
“PlasticArt” exhibition at Mazeh 9 is a chance to see the pieces of SukkArt for those who missed the gig, but also to find inspiration for your own upcycling projects and even lay hand of crafting from plastic!
On the opening night you’ll enjoy:
◇ Public talk “Conveying eco ideas through art and public spaces”
◇ Short video about SukkArt project
◇ Contest “Crafting hanukkiah from plastic bottles”
The opening is on 25 Dec, but the exhibition will stay for the whole January. Feel free to stop by any time!
