For an evening of conversations about photography at the Tel Aviv Museum of Art.
The evening will be held in honor of the launch of the third year of the Meitar Prize for Excellence in Photography.
Evening Program:
> Greetings – Dafna Meitar-Nehamad Representative of the Zvi and Ofra Meitar Family Fund.
> Presentation of the Meitar Prize and a presentation on the works of Christopher Werner Winner of the Meitar Prize 2017, for a solo exhibition at the Photography Festival 2018 – Maya Aner, RAEL chief curator: IS PHOTO.
Talks about photography:
1. Doron Oved, winner of the Meitar Prize 2016 in a conversation with Yair Barak, curator of the 2017 prize exhibition.
2. Ronit Porat, winner of the Lauren and Mitchell Presser Prize for Young Israeli Photographer 2017 in a conversation with Ilanit Konopny, curator and lecturer on photography.
3. Etti Schwartz, photographer, curator and partner, Bara Photography workshop with Eyal Landsman, CEO of PHOTO IS: RAEL
The panel will be held on Sunday, September 2 at 19:00 at the Shidlovsky Auditorium in the Tel Aviv Museum of Art. Entrance is free of charge in advance.
