An intimate and meditative audio-visual show for celtic harp, electronics and Ebru water painting by Philipp Barsky and Ekaterina Khazina.
Philipp Barsky is a composer and ethnic music producer originating from Moscow (Russia). In his acoustic and electric harp playing he bridges traditional and modern motives, Celtic melodies and Latin groove, structured forms and instant spontaneous improvisation. Since early school age he has been composing electronic music for films, animation, and computer games. A decade ago he taught himself Celtic harp, and started performing live with various ethnic/world and jazz/fusion musical projects, becoming widely known in the folk community.
The music of celtic harp will be accompanied with the real-time projections of the painting on water (Ebru) by Ekaterina Khazina.
