๐ŸŒ Days before the global climate conference in Egypt and the Israeli Parliament elections, the 2022 climate march is the most urgent and important climate march to be held in Israel.
๐ŸŒ In a reality where the climate crisis affects our daily lives, and threatens the present and future more than ever, we do not have the privilege to sit back at home waiting for action.
๐ŸŒ We cannot settle for empty promises; we have the responsibility to combine forces, march together and demand that decision-makers act now to deal with the greatest risk to humanity, climate change.
๐ŸŒ We call on civil society, businesses and decision-makers to take action towards clean air, reduce polluting emissions, and divest from using fossil fuels in order to fight the climate crisis, protect animals and the environment.
โ—๏ธ Just before we go to the polls, we will demonstrate our power to the politicians; we march together, fight together and will win together!
โ—๏ธ Media in Israel neglects coverage and engagement with the climate of the climate crisis; these are the most burning issues that must be discussed. The march is an opportunity to demand the correct media attention.
โ— In recent years, our collective power has increased – last year 10,000 people attended the march. This is already a critical mass leading this change. This tradition will continue to attract marchers, building a strong community and better future.
