Fifty years ago Nick Drake entered the recording studio for the last time in his life, and over the course of two nights he recorded his third and final album “Pink Moon” – his farewell gift to a world that was too hard and sad to contain a delicate soul like his.
Nick Drake is considered by many to be one of the greatest artists in the history of 20th century music. In “Pink Moon” he brought to perfection his one-of-a-kind style in composing and singing and the style of playing unique to him on the acoustic guitar.
As a tribute to the late Drake, and to mark the fiftieth anniversary (exactly!) Of the release of the album, Or Izekson (Propagia Playground) will play the masterpiece album from beginning to end.
