After becoming a world-renowned singer in North African music in recent years, Neta Elkayam connects the spirit of her mothers to the cosmopolitan scene and launches a new performance in Amit Chai Cohen’s musical production.
Together with Tal Avraham on the trumpet and Gal Maestro on the counter bass they create an intimate and energetic sound, melting electronic-tribal bits from the atlas with women’s voices from transit camps and melodies of jazz, poetry and hip-hop.
