Join us for a Tiyul hiking through surprising new archaeological discoveries in the Gush Etzion area. We will hike through incredible agricultural landscapes and have the opportunity to dip into amazing springs.

Following the hike, we will all gather at the Kfar Etzion Field School Sukkah for a catered BBQ lunch. After lunch, we will split into two groups where each group will visit both the Gush Etzion Winery for wine tasting and the Gush Etzion Heritage site to learn about the incredible Zionist story of the area.

About the hike: We will go from Horbat Hilal in Bat Ayin, to Ein Hovala and the old Mashuot Yitzhak, from there we will descend to Ein Sejme and Ein Dubek and end at Kfar Etzion Square. While we hike we will be led by professional guides (in English) who will share insight about the Jewish settlement in Mount Hebron throughout history, and about the fall of the Gush and its rebirth.
